What each column has to be called in your spreadsheet
Only Serial is required. Everything else is optional — send just the columns you want to change. Header names are matched ignoring case and spacing, so outbound price and Outbound Price both work. Any column not listed below is added to the database as a new one. A blank cell never overwrites an existing value.
Format the Serial column as Text before you type into it. Excel treats an 18-digit serial as a number, which drops the leading zero and rounds away everything past the 15th digit. The template downloads with its serials as text, but Excel can still convert cells you add yourself. The preview will warn you if it spots this.
