Invite a Vendor
We'll email a welcome message with a secure link. The vendor sets their own password — nothing is emailed in plain text. Invited users are vendors (read-only): they can view every page but cannot record payments, add invoices, upload files, or reach this Admin area.
Working Database
Live is what vendors see · Draft is your private copy for preparing changes
Choose which database your pages work on. On Draft, DB Upload and DB Management change the draft, and Sales Search, Serial Search and the Home device count show it, with an amber bar along the bottom of every page as a reminder. Vendors always see Live. When the draft is ready, Publish replaces Live with it in one step; Live is snapshotted first, so it can be undone from DB Management.
Access Roles
Which pages each role may open · Assign a role to each vendor in the Role column above
Administrators always see everything, including the Admin tools, and are not listed here. A vendor with no role assigned gets Vendor (full view), which is how every vendor works today. Untick pages on a role and every vendor on that role loses them the next time they open a page — the menu hides the link, the page refuses to open, and the server refuses the data.
